Detail-oriented and proactive, you’re a natural at managing a busy front desk while creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike. Our clients often face stressful situations, and your empathy, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills ensure they feel heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, manage new appointments, and maintain an organized schedule for the team.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, mediations, and depositions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and deadline calendaring.
• Provide empathetic support to clients, understanding the sensitive nature of their cases.
• Collaborate closely with team members in a small, dynamic office setting.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional or legal environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and e-filing systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality and trust.

• Salary: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience.
